Audio launch of Mankatha postponed
There are lots of expectations about Mankatha since this is Ajith’s 50th film. This film has Trisha, Arjun, Lakshmi Rai, Anjali and Premji Amaran in the cast. This film is directed by Venkat Prabhu. This action oriented thriller film is being produced by Dayanidhi Azhagiri. The shooting of this film is in the final stages. An audio CD containing a single track which begins with the line Vilayaadu Mankatha hit the stands a few weeks before and it became an instant hit and was a chart buster. Yuvan Shankar Raja has composed the music for this film. This film has nine songs and each song is of a different dimension. This audio CD was supposed to be released on 18th July.
But director Venkat Prabhu says the audio release is yet to be finalized. Moreover Venkat Prabhu adds that second half of the film will be a roller coaster for the audience and will be of a different one from other Thala movies. The film is sure to hit the screens on the second week of August. Dayanidhi Alagiri tweets that: To Ajith sir’s fans: I never said we are releasing the audio of Mankatha on the 18th of July… We are still deciding on the proper date!”
